About Us

Florida Janitor and Paper Supply was founded in 1989 in St. Augustine, Florida by Frank Rieser and Joe Taylor and was originally located off of Dobbs Road.

With the business plan of being customer oriented and providing our customers with exceptional service, Florida Janitor quickly grew. In the late 90s, Frank decided to retire; this allowed Melinda Bellini, a 6 year employee, to gain a stake in the business. The business prospered, and in 2003 we constructed a 10,000 square foot facility which is located off of Industry Center Road.

Since 1989, Florida Janitor and Paper Supply has provided St. Johns, Flagler, and Putnam counties with quality janitorial supplies and equipment. Florida Janitor services many markets and is open to the public. Our delivery trucks deliver five days a week and we also have a showroom located at Industry Center Road. Additionally, we have sales reps and customer service reps that are available to help provide you with solutions for your cleaning needs.

Our philosophy has been the same since the beginning, that our customers always come first.

Our customers are very important to us, and as a company, we strive to exceed their expectations and are constantly working to build strong customer relationships.
